Step 1: Sign Up Chose your user name and password and then fill out a free customer ad manager account by providing your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. Step 2: Create your Ad Fill out our easy to use property information template with the stats on the property you are selling. Filling out this form takes about 10 minutes and keeps you on track in creating a thorough and comprehensive FSBO listing. The template prompts you for all of the pertinent data required to properly list your property. Your base listing allows for up to 500 words of text to describe the property.
Step 3: Upload your pictures Our easy to use photo loader allows you to upload and edit photos directly from your own PC using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, and you don't have to download any special software to your computer. Step 4: Preview and submit your ad Once you have filled out the property information template and submitted your text and pictures, you can activate and submit your FSBO ad on our site. If you need to make a change to any of the photo's or text in your ad anytime after you have submitted it, you can log onto your account through the sellers ad manager section 24/7 to make the changes that will appear on the site instantly when you hit the save button.
