This 4800 ft. sq. family home is situated on a 9.45 acre parcel. It is ideally located and oriented and it is also suitable for home business opportunities, a hobby farm or equestrian activities. The large master ensuite is one of the primary features of this home. It boasts in-floor heat, a heated towel rack, Hansgrohe fixtures, a custom shower (Wedi) and Wetstyle sink and bathtub. The Hansgrohe fixtures are serviceable without damaging the shower. The towel rack keeps your towels not only warm but dry and the heated floor is very much appreciated in winter. Of course, the water closet is separate. One can bathe while watching the clouds, landscape and the birds or, on nights with a full moon, the experience of showering or having a bath takes on a new dimension that needs to be experienced.

All bedrooms are quite large and the master bedroom is particularly so. Walk in closet in the second bedroom. Bay window in the third bedroom. Guest bedroom is very welcoming and bright. Each room is distinctive.

One of the benefits of a walk-out is the ample natural light in the third level. The walkout has both in-floor heat and air vents.
