The house was renovated in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. In 2019 it was rented to various tenants. In 2020 it was rented to another tenant who had to be evicted by court order in August of 2024. After that the house was renovated again.

In March of 2025 it was put on the market as "Sale by Owner"

The renovation included an addition for a new bathroom, a new sunroom and a shed/workshop in the backyard. 2 bedrooms were enlarged and newly insulated. More insulation was added to other walls and the attic. The sunroom leads to a deck and from there to the backyard with the new shed, which is 12' by 16'. It is a good storage or working area.

For heating there are baseboard heaters in most rooms. The living area consist of two rooms, one has a pellet stove, which was overhauled in fall of 2024. The other one has an overhauled wood stove.

The hot water tank has been replaced in February of 2025.

The living room with a wood floor has beautiful original wood designs on the walls. During the renovation a practical wood shelve was built to prevent people entering the main door, do not step directly into the living area.

The second part of the living area, the kitchen and the bathrooms have white tile floors. The bedrooms are upstairs as the small bathroom is. The bedrooms have new laminate floors.
