Why are we selling?

It is time to downsize! We moved to this family friendly community to raise our 2 young sons who are now grown. This neighbourhood has been our home for the past 20 years. Here we have found great neighbours, a sense of community, excellent schools, walkability to all amenities and transit. We've been lucky enough to be able to leave our vehicles at home and walk or ride our bikes to school and to the many parks and beaches in the area. We have played street hockey and basketball with the neighbours and their kids, gone for picnics, had neighbourhood BBQ's and hosted many neighbourhood Christmas parties, and gatherings on the front porch.

Call us crazy but we hope to find a like minded, like valued buyer who will appreciate all that our home and neighbourhood have to offer. We have a vested interest in this street and those neighbours who have become good friends.
