Moore Lake is a great lake for swimming, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. There's also two vast rivers to explore, and two marvellous lakes, East Moore Lake and Black Lake. Our lake has an excellent water quality rating.

It's direct waterfront, the road ends at our property. The master bedroom is enormous 13 X 26', has a king bed and is wonderfully quiet for sleeping. The cottage has many windows, cathedral ceilings and both bathrooms have a large bathtub, the septic tank is also large. It is a well maintained, spacious and clean cottage. We are happy to report we've never had a mouse set paw in the place. It comes furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The cottage is 3 season, has some insulation, windows are all double pane, there's 200 amp service with circuit breakers on the electrical panel. New floors throughout and a new front deck of pine completed last year. It is possible to winterized. It is a well maintained cottage and wonderfully solid. The cottage piers are solid too.

This is a level lot with towering maple, oak and white pine keeping the cottage cool and fresh. A large cedar hedge on both sides and the back forest make for very nice privacy. The 129 feet of shoreline is lovely to investigate and great for watching sunsets and for wading in the sandy shallow shoreline. The road is private with a yearly road fee of $200 and is very well maintained. It is a seasonal road with some snow plowing in the winter.
