As a buyer or renter looking for a property, you have the ability to save your search, which automatically enables email notifications. If any newly added or updated properties match your search criteria after you've saved it, you will be notified by email. Our sending script runs twice a day.

How to Set up Property Notifications

1. Sign Up as a buyer/renter, or, if you already have an account with us (even if you are a seller or landlord), make sure you are logged in.
2. Go to the Search Properties page.
3. Fill out your search criteria, then click on the "Save Search for Notifications" button. Notifications are now active.

How to Cancel Property Notifications

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
2. In the "Saved SearchSaved Search" section of your account menu, click on "Create / Edit Search".
3. Your existing criteria will show up. Click on the "Delete" button at the bottom to delete it, then a confirmation window will popup to confirm. After agreeing to it, notifications will stop immediately and your saved search will be cleared.

You will also see an "Instant Unsubscribe - Delete Your Saved Search" link in your email inbox, as well, every time you receive a notification from our system. This method does not require you to log in.
