Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That target meets or exceeds Ontario’s AODA Information and Communications Standard (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) and aligns with broader Canadian digital accessibility practice, including Manitoba’s WCAG 2.1 AA expectations where they apply.

Measures we take

• Semantic structure, landmarks, and skip links so assistive technologies can navigate pages efficiently
• Keyboard-operable controls and visible focus indicators
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and labeled form fields
• Live announcements for important status messages where practical
• Ongoing remediation of public and account experiences as we improve the site

Known limitations

Some features rely on third-party components that may not fully meet WCAG on their own:

• Interactive maps (for example Leaflet-based search maps) are primarily pointer-oriented. Listing results remain available in a keyboard-accessible list view as an equivalent way to browse properties.
• Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is provided by a third party; accessibility depends on that provider’s widget.
• Downloadable PDFs and some legacy documents may not yet be fully accessible. We will provide an accessible alternative on request where feasible.
