SPAM Prevention System
Using a combination of formulas, we have a custom built spam prevention system in place that filters out the majority of junk and scam attacks from getting through to you. This allows us to offer a premium service on our REALTOR.ca listings, because each listing is actually loaded to the local real estate board that is closest to the property's physical location.
This means that your REALTOR.ca listing will be fully visible to the local real estate agents in your area, and to the general public, giving your listing FULL exposure on the MLS® System & REALTOR.ca.
* Exceptions: Some boards in Ontario charge extra fees to be listed on their local boards. Check your municipality on the Local Board info page - if you don't see a note about an optional fee, then local board exposure is included in the package price.

Since all MLS® System postings are only allowed to have the brokerage's contact information on it, we have created a customized solution that automatically catches these inquiries and then immediately forwards them to you so you don't miss a thing!
The REALTOR.ca listing layout varies per province and real estate board, but generally there are 2 inquiry buttons to request more information or to book a showing, and both will auto-forward to you.
