House For Sale in Rocky Harbour, NL

My parents’ home in Rocky Harbour NL in Gros Morne National Park is now for sale! It is 1232 sq ft PLUS a full basement on a large lot with enough driveway parking for all the friends and relatives (tried and tested many times over the years). This house is solid with great bones (no problems hanging pictures on these walls). It was built in 1978 so yes a little dated, but still a great house as a starter home, family home, or for anyone wanting to downsize from a large house without going too small. The living room and hallway have gorgeous hardwood floors (and if you’re ambitious, under the kitchen and dining room “cushion floor” you will uncover pine floors that can be brought back to life with some refinishing).
