Driving Location Description

Take the Lighthouse Route Hwy 331 South from Bridgewater to LaHave. Continue to Crescent Beach and make a left on Crescent Beach Road. Continue along the paved road on the back side of Crescent Beach, crossing the single lane bridge to Bush Island. Approximately 1 mile after the bridge take the first right onto LaHave Islands Road and your immediate first right onto Government Wharf Road. You will see a large Dock, gravel Parking Lot and Boat Launch area at the Bush Island Government Wharf. Park your vehicle and launch your small or large boat here. Crossing to the Island takes about 10 minutes.
