Choosing your dream home from existing floorplans and layouts does not meet the needs of everyone. For our more selective and assertive clients, we can work directly with you to develop a completely custom style, layout, look and feel to ensure your new home is also your dream home.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR HOME WITH BLYTHWOOD IS THIS SIMPLE:

• You can work directly with the suppliers to ensure you select the exact flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, etc. that matches your style.
• You will have a personal décor specialist from the Blythwood Homes team go over any custom changes and selections.
• You will have a walk-through of the home at the framing stage to review electrical plans. Here you can get a feel for the home and add in or move around lighting in the home.
• We give allowances for many items and give you the option to upgrade from there or finish your home within a specific budget. Most things are customizable and you will have a support team with Blythwood Homes for direction.
