At Heirloom Homes, we build value, literally. We pride ourselves at understanding the market, the pace and stage of development of different areas, and in turn, where a customer can surface value. Our Experience

We aim to build 2-3 projects per year and are currently booking for the spring of 2024, and beyond. If you like what you hear and see, call us today!

In a perfect world, we would help our customers pick the lot or home they would like to purchase for their project- especially for renovations. With a focus on directly completing the largest value add tasks in the budget (typically groundwork, foundation/ framing, and the exterior). This generally involves us being on the tools from step-off through rough-in.

So if you’ve you always wanted to work a few days on a framing crew but never got the chance, we would be happy to show you the ropes during your build! Once we are ready to move into insulation and vapor barrier, we typically step back a little and manage the project with our trade partners, to achieve a high quality, personalized finish. We encourage customers to bring their own designer but will always make ourselves available to contribute to design and material selection decisions. Design and material selection seems like an ‘easy’ concept but it carries a lot of weight and can really impact customer’s stress levels and affect their overall perception of the build process.
