LVSchell Construction Management Services Ltd.(LVS) started operation in 1992 and was incorporated in 1995. The success of LVSchell Construction Management Services Ltd. has come from hard work and total commitment to serve each and every one of our clients needs.

We believe that our clients are served best by maintaining a good relationship with subtrades, suppliers, and our labour force. The team of LVS consists of Journeyman Carpenters, Carpenter Apprentices, Project Managers and skilled labourers with experience in concrete, steel installation, interior demolition and renovation and new building construction. All team members are required to complete training requirements before joining a job site crew to enable their safety and the safety of those around them.

Because there are no two construction projects alike there are a variety of types of construction management structures available. You can choose from General Contracting, Design Build or Construction Management.

LVS has provided general contracting services for many clients in the Saskatchewan & Alberta marketplace. Projects have ranged from small building improvements to larger new building construction. No matter the size or difficulty of the project our goal is to provide a quality, on budget and on schedule project.

We have found that Design Build and Construction Management Services, tailored to meet a client’s budget and timelines are the most desired methods in todays demanding industry. Our focus is to provide the most cost effective construction solution without compromising quality and safety.
