The District of Saanich is offering the lot located at PID: 000-349-348 for sale. The District will pay a commission of 1.5% (plus applicable GST) on the purchase price to a licensed realtor/agent acting on behalf of the purchaser upon sale of the property. The terms and conditions of the payment of commission include:

1. Commission is payable only after the sale has closed and title transferred.

2. In all cases, agents shall submit invoices for commission due to them, before payment is made by the District.

Interested parties must satisfy themselves on all matters concerning the Property including without limitation to its size, location, encumbrances, and fitness for any particular purpose. Upon acceptance of an offer, the parties will enter into a written agreement, the form of which will be determined by the District. Any purchase and sale agreement will be subject to final approval of Council.

The District is not bound to enter into a contract with any respondent. The District will be under no obligation to receive further information, whether written or oral, from any respondent. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any offer submitted. No agreement or contract of any kind shall arise from the submission of an offer, unless that offer is accepted in writing by the District.
