Property 1 also features two large log cabins. Each spacious cabin has three bedrooms and a bathroom and can sleep up to eight guests. Upgrades to the camp buildings include:

  • new hot water tanks in every unit
  • new wood stoves

All buildings have new metal roofing and a fresh coat of paint. The camp comes furnished with 36 beds and mattresses.  


Visitors can take full advantage of the lake access with floating docks, a screened-in fish cleaning house with two 1,000-gallon water tanks with new pumps, and any of the fishing boats included with the property. The camp comes with a new 12kW diesel generator fully-wired throughout the buildings, solar lighting, satellite internet and local radio telephone. The camp includes a motor shed and workshop that’s 16’x24’.

Property 2, Private Cabin  | 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8

The private, cozy cabin sits on 1.2 acres set aside for personal use by its new owner, or as space to sleep an additional 8 guests. It has two bedrooms, an open living room, kitchen and a spacious screened-in porch. The cabin has underground septic, new metal roofing and new upgrades throughout. The cabin includes an additional, fully-equipped private space for camp staff if its new investor chooses to operate it as a commercial resort.
