Sure I may have been able to get more if I had a realtor and created a bidding war, but I'd also need to get $10,000 more to cover the commission. I'm very happy, we got what we wanted to get!"

"This service is totally sufficient for simple transaction of selling your property. You don't really need any agent - there is nothing in this case that you cannot do especially with such abundance of easily accessible information on the Internet.

The only improvement I would suggest - open some local offices in every province to better convey some minor nuances, but it is me nitpicking basically.
